TRAINING PROGRAM (2D and 3D)
WE LOOK FOR ARTIST AND STUDENTS WHO ARE ENERGETIC, DEDICATED, RESOURCEFUL, AND FULL OF IDEAS.
There are certain factors on which we place particular importance since,
in our view, they are crucial to a well-designed training program and are what
distinguishes Tecnotoon Animation University© from other qualifications. They are:
1. That identified skills needs inform the Tecnotoon programme, using Skillset
research, regional skills data and links with local employers.
2. 100% alignment with the Framework’s learning outcomes
3. Use of the relevant National Occupational Standards as a guide to
the design of the modules.
4. Evidence of collaboration with employers in the design of the training program and how you will continue to engage with employers on an ongoing
basis.
5. That a minimum 85% of the training program is based in a real work
environment. Ideally this should mean strategic and embedded
partnership working, including formal agreements with employers to
ensure that mentoring arrangements and assessment of the workbased
learning is rigorous. However, Skillset recognises that this
level of employer engagement is more challenging to achieve in the
audio visual industries because of the high proportion of SMEs and
the difficulties in finding employers who are willing to deliver
structured learning of verifiable quality to significant cohorts of
students.
6. That technical equipment is up-to-date and appropriate and reflects
current industry real practice.

 We are focused on building a worldwide team that can turn out one film a year with no loss in quality. In addition to our stimulating production setting, we invest a tremendous amount of effort in career development and enrichment.
Our team comes from all world and from all different levels of experience and educational background. Now we are searching specially in Latin America.
Our films are created by a team of artists, using a delicate marriage between creativity and technology. For us, our people is very important.
We want artists learning more about technology and technical artists learning more about art, improvisation, acting and things like that. Our vision is not only teach new or existing employees about the tools they would need to use. We are looking for people with the experience of doing their work at the highest level.

We offer training and education across the entire company. Our philosophy is teach filmmaking to all our people. They have the potential to act as filmmakers. Our training and education program offered to every single person, recognizes that we all make a contribution to making films as good as they can be.
Art and filmmaking clases form the core of the Tecnotoon Animation University© curriculum. Its many offerings have included drawing, computer programming, acting, improvisation, live-action film-making, plus lectures by speakers from a variety of fields: actors, artists, filmmakers, experts and fashion designers, to name just a few.

Tecnotoon Animation University© has introduced only for Latin America, the Diploma in Animation Engineering. The "comprehensive" program was designed to equip students in 3D animation techniques, keeping in mind the requirements and standards of our industry.
In each country where we are openning facilities, we are continually looking for both experienced leaders and enthusiastic emerging talent. Artists, mathematicians, phisicists and technologists together to create wonderful movie experiences.
